I love Dawn! I always get a laugh out of her blogs and read them daily. I only have one child (so far) but he is a lot like Spaz (he’s also 3). I love reading about the adventures in parenting!
Sometimes it is cold in Minnesota. Today when I woke up it was about 35 degrees, but it got up to about 60 degrees. It hasn’t snowed yet, but you never know. Weather in Minnesota is unpredictable. A week or two ago we had highs of 40 one day and then almost 80 the next day.

You girls are absolutely great. I have a one page web site that I do not know how to update. I spent $$$$$$ to get it up and going only to be disappointed in the end because the fella just took my money and ran. I do not know how to update it - so…….it links to my Etsy shop (a place to buy things handmade) and I am trying to get it promoted. I make beautiful totes, handbags, accessories for ladies and their princesses. I love to read your blogs - my kids are now teenagers (one in college) and one a sophomore in high school. Please check out my sity www.simplynotesandtotes.etsy.com - Keep up the good stories - they sure give me a boost. God bless you and yours, sherry
My sister just sent me your blog site becuz I made her an aunt to my Brady Bunch. I have 3 boys and 3 girls (16, 13, 11, 7, 5 and terribly 2). I had Alice for a while (her name was Doris), but it’s all she could take to come every other Tuesday for 8.5 hours! We also have a dog, a cat, a rabbit, a ferret, and a hamster. And believe it or not… the animals get along better with each other than the kids do! I never thought I would see the day that a cat would not eat a hamster, but my son’s hamster, Waffle, scales down his 5-drawer dresser, scootles across a 3,000 sq.ft. house to my bathroom and the cat sits and watches as Waffle drinks from her bowl and shoves cat chow into her cheeks!! And yet my 13yr old dd throws a hissy-fit when her 11yr old sister even LOOKS at her hairbrush… and has on occasion thrown the brush too! Keep up the humor–it’s nice to see someone else has nearly the same number of holes in her boat! I homeschool my kids and like to refer to myself as a Research Associate in the field of Child Development and Conflict Resolution. Plus I’m a Girl Scout Leader and tomorrow I’ll be with my 5yr old son’s Sunday School class helping with crafts. I’m thinking the Reebok’s will be a tad more practical than the Versace’s!!!!!!
Dawn, I love your mom2my6pack blog - as a former Chicagoan (and 1 of 6 kids), I can appreciate your struggles!
I have a blog where I review different diy products and would love to mention this blog, if that is ok!
This is my blog: http://indiscretion-mara.blogspot.com/
Take care, and I hope the wind chill doesn’t dip too much…

Hi Dawn,
I love this site! What a wonderful way to promote the hard work of mamas and for us mamas to support each other.
I am a holistic health counselor and work with individuals and groups to identify and reach goals of health and wellness. I work with a lot of busy mamas who are trying to learn new ways of eating, cooking, easy meal planning, and getting the kids to eat healthy foods. I provide counseling both in person and over the phone.
My website is Yourbodyawake.com
I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and am practicing in the Capital Region in NYS.
Take care everyone and stay warm!
Tamara
I am a mommy of soon to be 5 children ages 8 and under. I come from a family of 6. I am trapped in a decade of wiping; noses, bottoms, faces, floors etc. I have been making jewelry since the friendship bead craze of the early 80’s. I like to think I have progressed quite a bit since then. I too, am a writer as well as a wiper and taxi driver, conflict resolution counselor etc, etc.
Feel free to visit my Happy store at www.kaleidoscopestudio.etsy.com
Creating is my escape, come away with me!
Dawn and Angie-I LOVE the blogs! And thanks so much for giving us moms an opportunity to show off our products! You guys are a hoot!
